I have to say this isn't the first time I have travelled to and from this airport. It has been one of the smoothest experiences. The Japanese know about perfection and when it comes to the airports, the same is evident. I have scored 4 for facilities and duty (which I consider a low score) as I have seen other airports that are better but only by a small fraction.
